Mockups
Mockups can be requested before your item is stitched. If you are interested in a mockup, please contact us immediately after placing your order. If you do not request a mockup, we are not responsible for we are not liable for any dissatisfaction with the design.
Shipping
Swindall Stitches is responsible for shipping your item at the agreed time but we are not responsible for your item(s) once they leave our possession. This includes but is not limited to; lost or stolen packages, late deliveries, unscanned packages or porch pirates. If your order becomes lost or unscanned, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipping company.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order. If your receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received your order. Items must be returned in new condition, with original packaging, tags attached, and unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a replacement or return.
Payment
Swindall Stitches is happy to offer multiple forms of payment at checkout. Due to the custom nature of our products, payment is due at the time the order is placed.
