Customer-Provided Item

This listing is for customer-provided items that you would like embroidered. Fee structure is based on the type of item and type/complexity of embroidery desired. Outside items must be discussed prior to shipping or dropping off. 

By providing your own garment or item for embroidery, you acknowledge and accept that embroidery is a permanent process that may carry a risk of damage to the item. Swindall Stitches will handle all items with the utmost care, but cannot be held responsible for any damage, defects, or imperfections that may occur during the embroidery process.

By submitting your item, you agree that:

• You are releasing Swindall Stitches from any liability for replacement or reimbursement in the event of damage.

• You understand that customer-provided items are accepted at your own risk.
